A partner for over 20 years with international law firms, Ian has in-depth knowledge of the European and international legal markets. Having initially qualified and practised as a solicitor in London at an international law firm, Ian moved to Milan to take up a role as inhouse counsel in a listed Italian multinational, before transitioning back to private practice. Ian has been based happily in Italy since 1995
Alessandra Del Bianco
DIRECTOR
A partner in an Italian law firm with experience both in traditional Italian and international law firms, Alessandra brings significant knowhow of the legal sector to SWOT Legal. Alessandra has practised both as a court litigator and as a transactional lawyer, advising companies and funds on corporate/M&A and commercial matters. Alessandra has been based in Milan since her university years
