SWOT Legal, the first Italian company dedicated to providing temporary legal staffing, can now integrate its service offering with TeamSystem management software for law firms and corporate legal departments.
Thanks to this agreement, SWOT Legal becomes a full-service provider of alternative legal services, enabling businesses and law firms to acquire services, temporary legal staff, and technology on an on-demand basis, quickly and efficiently. The Alternative Legal Services Providers (ALSP) sector generates a global turnover of close to $20 billion and is currently concentrated primarily in the United States, where 70% of multinationals use these services.
"In Italy, there is a strong interest in engaging legal professionals on a temporary basis, but there is also a growing demand for technological assistance," explains Ian Tully, CEO of SWOT Legal. "With this agreement, we are now also able to provide, together with TeamSystem, qualified support for addressing digitalization processes and for introducing AI into law firms and corporate legal departments."
SWOT Legal has been operational since the beginning of 2024, with a database of over 100 professional lawyers, with varying levels of seniority and specializations: from civil and corporate law to administrative law, from contract law to compliance, financial law, and criminal law. The aim of the partnership is to create a package of services that combines temporary legal staffing, a flexible and cost-effective tool, with the enormous opportunities offered by new management software services, particularly AI, to improve efficiency and dynamism in the legal sector.
