Join us for an in-person workshop on personal development tailored for female professionals organised by EmpowHerLab, to be held in Milan (10 am - 1 pm) on Friday, February 27, 2026.
The workshop, led by EmpowHerLab proessional coaches, will be held in groups, either in Italian or in English, depending on numbers.
WHAT IS EMPOWHER PATH?
EmpowHer Path is an experiential serious game based on coaching principles and on the theories of feminine archetypes. It is designed to spark reflection and insights on professional trajectory, personal value and direction and to accelerate both personal and professional development.
The experience unfolds in a facilitated gaming session led by a professional coach and lasting about three hours. Each gaming session hosts up to a maximum of eight participants to ensure a deep and tailored experience.
In the days following the gaming session, each participant receives personalised feedback with the aim of turning the game experience into a concrete developmental plan. This thought stimulating follow-up helps participants recognise recurring patterns, bring unexplored resources to the surface and identify new directions.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE GAME?
Through its dynamics and the relationship that develops among participants, EmpowHer Path enables to participants:
• translate the gaming experience into professional insights and action plans which are then reinforced through individual feedback;
• train soft skills such as active listening, emotional regulation, collaboration, which are essential in complex, relationship-driven professions such as law;
• rediscover and enhance personal potential opening up to new perspectives for growth and fulfilment.
